Answer

If you purchased minutes from Calling Plans in Rinboo, they will not appear in your Rinboo money balance. But you will be able to see the number of remaining minutes in Rinboo website and the computer, phones and tablets applications one you log in.

I purchased one India calling plan.... amount also debited in my bank card. But still now I didn't get my offer. Where is my money gone.
