I am trying to login, but I am getting a message that my account is suspended

Answer

Your cashU payment account is suspended if:

  1.      You leave your payment account unused for more than 2 years.
  2.      You have answered the secret question incorrectly four times. In this case, contact cashU Support Team on https://www.cashu.com/site/en/support and provide them with a scanned copy of your personal ID for your account to be re-activated.
  3.      You may also have your account suspended, if cashU received a complaint related to suspicious activities that occurred on the account.
