Can I continue to make calls when I reach my monthly limit of minutes?

Answer

Please note that our Calling Plans expire within 30 days from the date and time of the order’s authorization.

In order for you to be able to make calls through Rinboo, you must fulfill one of the following requirements:

  1. Have at least one valid Calling Plan with remaining balance
  2. Have a Pay As You Go Credit, with a remaining balance greater than the cost of the dialed destination
  3. In case you have both products, Calling Plan and Pay As You Go Credit, once you reach your Calling Plan limit, you will be using your Pay As You Go Credit balance.

Important Note: Please note that once your monthly limit of minutes is reached, you can simply purchase another Calling Plan and it will be valid once your order is authorized.
