Checking your Rinboo’s account balance is easy and free of charge.

From our Rinboo website:

1. Log in to Rinboo website
2. Your remaining balance or minutes will be shown in the top-right-corner of the page

From our Rinboo PC application or any of our Mobile or Tablet applications:

• In case you purchased a Pay As You Go Credit, You can check the balance on your Home screen
• In case you have purchased one of our Calling Plans, please note that the plan’s cost will not be added to your account balance as credit, instead it will be shown as remaining minutes
