What are the statuses of payments I make on Rinboo?

When you purchase Rinboo Products & Services, your transaction or order can take different state during its lifetime.

These different statuses are as follows: 

Defined as noted below:

  • Not Completed: You still did not complete your Purchasing Steps on Rinboo Website
  • Refused: Your Bank Rejected your Order due to Card Invalidity, Expired Card, or Wrong Information Entered
  • In Progress: Your Payment is being investigated for Authenticity by our Fraud & Risk Department
  • Waiting CC Verification: Your Payment is still under investigation. Kindly Provide us with the Validation Documents found in the Email that we sent you
  • Declined: Your Payment has been Rejected by our Fraud & Risk Department due to Invalidity Reasons
  • Authorized: Your Payment has been Accepted and your Balance has been Credited
  • Reversed: Your Payment has been Credited back into your Bank Account or Online Wallet due to Invalidity Reasons. Kindly refer to them to check the needed time for your money to be reflected accordingly
  • Canceled: Your Payment has been Cancelled. Your Money has been Credited back into your Bank Account or Online Wallet. Kindly refer to them to check the needed time for your money to be reflected accordingly
