I have a problem with my bank transfer

This method is only for Distributors 

In case you have completed a payment through a Bank Transfer, and your account is not yet credited, please follow the below steps:

  • Get a proof of payment from your bank containing all the transfer details.
  • Submit a request to Rinboo’s Customer Support (support@rinboo.com ), asking us to investigate the issue.
  • Please click here to contact Rinboo’s Customer Support through Live Chat or Email.
  • You can alternatively send a request to Rinboo’s Customer Support (support@rinboo.com), asking us to investigate the issue.

 We will then locate the payment, check the issue with our bank account and inform you with the transfer results and actions to take.
