I'm calling from a Registered Phone but I am still being asked for my PIN.

You will only be asked for your PIN code if we do not recognize your caller ID (the number you are calling from).

Check that your phone is registered with Rinboo, and that your caller ID is on.

If you are still getting asked for a PIN then it means we are not getting this information from your provider.

If this is the case, you can use Rinboo with your PIN number, get your phone provider to PIN pass your caller ID through correctly, or try changing to a Rinboo Access Number that is in a different state than the number you are calling from (as long as your phone plan includes inter-state numbers).
