Why can’t I sign in to Rinboo account?

Kindly find below a list of problems and solutions to help you sign in successfully to your Rinboo account.



Are you using the correct Rinboo Username and password?

You will need to know your Rinboo Username and password to sign in successfully.

Is there a problem with your internet connection?

Close any applications that use the internet (especially those that might be playing music or video) and cancel any file downloads. If you are using a wireless connection, make sure you have a good signal

Is your computer running slowly?

Close any open programs. If you’re using a laptop, make sure it is not in power-saving mode by plugging it in and switching it to maximum performance mode. Also, make sure that your computer meets the minimum system requirements to run Rinboo.

Do you use a firewall?

Some firewalls can block Rinboo. To resolve this, make sure to disable your firewall and try to sign in to Rinboo dialer.

Is there a problem with your installation of Rinboo?

The best way to be sure that Rinboo is installed correctly is to completely Uninstall, and then reinstall it.
