I am getting bad audio quality and sometimes disconnections, Cut-off during the conversation.

Audio quality issues may be caused by one or many of the following factors: 

  • Bandwidth saturation while using Rinboo: Try closing other programs or browsers that uses the internet
  • Firewall issues
  • Noise and disturbance produced by the headset that you are using
  • Microphone’s malfunction

So you are kindly asked to make sure that your internet connection is working fine and that you are not fully consuming your bandwidth while using Rinboo.

Also make sure that you disable all Firewalls on you PC.

In addition, if you have both built-in and external microphone, please make sure to use just one of them and not both at the same time.
