Why can’t the other person hear me?

First of all, please try to call another number (in the same country), and check if the problem persists (Just to make sure that the not from the called person).

Then, please check that your microphone is connected and turned on. If this doesn’t help, the table below gives more details.



Is your microphone on mute?

Some microphones have buttons to mute/un-mute. If you are using a headset it may have a mute switch either on the side of the headset or on the cable that connects to your computer.

Is your microphone on mute from Rinboo?

(Only applicable in Computer Application only)

Go to File / Settings / Audio

Make sure that Microphone control is set properly.
