ANSWER You will only be asked for your PIN code if we do not recognize your CALLER ID (the number you are calling from). Check that your phone is registered with RINBOO, and that your caller ID is on. If you are still getting asked for a PIN then it means we are not getting this information from your provider. If this is the case, you can use RINBOO with your PIN number, get your phone provider to PIN pass your caller ID through correctly, or try changing to a RINBOO ACCESS NUMBER that is in a different state than the number you are calling from (as long as your phone plan includes inter-state numbers). You will need to know your Rinboo Username and password to sign in successfully. IS THERE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION? Close any applications that use the internet (especially those that might be playing music or video) and cancel any file downloads. If you are using a wireless connection, make sure you have a good signal IS YOUR COMPUTER RUNNING SLOWLY? Close any open programs. If you're using a laptop, make sure it is not in power-saving mode by plugging it in and switching it to maximum performance mode. Also, make sure that your computer meets the minimum system requirements to run Rinboo. DO YOU USE A FIREWALL? Some firewalls can block Rinboo. To resolve this, make sure to disable your firewall and try to sign in to Rinboo dialer. IS THERE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR INSTALLATION OF RINBOO? The best way to be sure that Rinboo is installed correctly is to completely Uninstall, and then reinstall it.
