ANSWER Audio quality issues may be caused by one or many of the following factors: * BANDWIDTH SATURATION while using RINBOO: Try closing other programs or browsers that uses the internet * FIREWALL issues * NOISE AND DISTURBANCE produced by the HEADSET that you are using * MICROPHONE's malfunction So you are kindly asked to make sure that your internet connection is working fine and that you are not fully consuming your bandwidth while using RINBOO. Also make sure that you disable ALL FIREWALLS ON YOU PC. In addition, if you have both built-in and external MICROPHONE, please make sure to use just one of them and not both at the same time. ANSWER There are 2 ways to adjust your speakers' volume from your PC: * Please click on the SPEAKER’S ICON on the lower right corner from your screen, and slide the MARKER to the desired volume. _(Check Picture 1)_ * Another way is to adjust the volume directly from the dialer main menu by following the below steps: * LOGIN to Rinboo PC application and enter your username and password * Go to FILE --> SETTINGS _(Check Picture 2)_ * Go to AUDIO submenu and slide the MARKER to the desired VOLUME CONTROL and make sure to select the correct OUTPUT DEVICE _(Check Picture 3)_ _Picture 1_ __ _Picture 2_ __ _Picture 3_ LABELS * issue * sound * voice * quality * voice * low * pc * computer * windows

THEN, please check that your sPEAKERS ARE CONNECTED AND TURNED ON. If this doesn't help, the table below gives more details PROBLEM SOLUTION IS YOUR VOLUME MUTED? Check you're NOT ON MUTE, and TURN UP any volume control knobs on your speakers. IS YOUR HEADSET VOLUME MUTED?
