ANSWER Please note that you have to be using our Pay As You Go services, in order to perform the call transfers, since this feature is not available in the Calling Plan services. IN ORDER FOR YOU TO DO SO, PLEASE FOLLOW THE BELOW STEPS: * For transferring an outgoing call: * Dial the first Number * Click on Call * When the called party answer, Click on Transfer * Dial the second number * Click on Transfer * For transferring an incoming call: * Click on Answer * Dial a number * Click on Transfer LABELS * call * feature * transfer
ANSWER Please note that Call Transferring will only be available in case you are subscribes to a Pay As You Go service. Furthermore, please make sure that the number that you wish to forward your calls to is correctly entered. LABELS * call * feature * transfer
